The Task
GE Crotonville, the company’s leadership development institute is developing a new online learning environment for GE employees worldwide. They needed a creative solution to begin the introduction process.
The Ask
Create a compelling campaign that inspires GE employees to become thought leaders and introduce them to the new online leadership training portal.
Process
We facilitated an interview process to define what inspires GE employees to become leaders. Based upon findings we developed a series of creative messages targeting the diverse audiences.
To increase quality and establish a personal position, we organized and directed an on-site photoshoot and followed up with a collaborative campaign design that encompassed the GE Crotonville philosophy.
Result
A successful campaign that continues to drive GE leadership excitement. The campaign lives throughout internal GE marketing, online communications, and GE training programs. BrilliantYOU strives to make learning continual, mobile, and immediately applicable.
