Chris is a skilled editorial manager, content editor, and project manager with more than a decade’s worth of multicultural communications and project management experience. Chris specializes in upskilling peoples’ competencies and has experience managing scientific, biomedical, and healthcare content for multiple federal clients.

Prior to joining the herd at Urban Emu, Chris supervised and managed health education efforts and communications content for Palladian Partners in support of the National Institutes of Health. Chris received a 2022 NIH Director’s Award for her work in producing an infographic that helped communicators put the scientific research process into perspective for consumers.

With a background in print and online magazine production, Chris’s attention to detail is an important asset when it comes to developing and coordinating multiple project schedules, creating work plans and timelines, and balancing staff workloads across departments.
